Cancellation Policy
Privacy & Confidentiality: Your personal information is entirely safe with us. We maintain strict confidentiality for all clients. Any feedback or testimonials shared publicly will have all identifying details, including display pictures and personal information, completely removed. Cancellation & Refund Policy: At House of Empress, we value your time and ours. Please read our policy carefully before booking. Rescheduling by Us: We reserve the right to reschedule any consultation based on our availability. In such cases, a new appointment will be offered & no refund will be issued. Cancellation by Client: All bookings are considered confirmed upon payment. Should the client choose to cancel for any reason, at any point before or on the date of the appointment, no refunds will be processed in that case. Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we cancel your appointment on our end, a full refund will be issued without any deductions. By completing your booking, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
